Good quality food, nice environment. Service was done neatly and order received as expected. Need to reduce the rate of the food so that market share can be increased to maximize the revenue as well as profit.

Earlier had stayed in the same property in Feb 2017, then the std of food and cleanliness were of a very high standard. However this time the quality of food and general maintenance has dwindled. Nevertheless, staff remains courteous, prompt and responsive as before.

A very good budget stay option with clean and good level of amenities as well as a warm and friendly staff. Very close to People’s mall in Bhopal. The food is very tasty and you get hot water twice a day in the washroom. For all other needs, you have a water kettle to heat water for tea and coffee.

I am living in raja bhoj area since almost 6 years, when we came here their was no eatery place we found except raja bhoj. After that so many points got open and get closed also because they were not parellal to raja bhoj. Food is delicious here either you go for veg or nonveg. Food serving time is also good except for tandoori item which get delayed everywhere

The one thing that immediately impressed me is the friendliness of the staff and the smiles. However, very soon it became clear that the hotel is in need of better management and maintenance. Stained walls, uncomfortable bath linen, ill-fitting pillow covers, together create a feeling of discomfort. The hotel is well located. With proper maintenance and the existing staff attitude, they can do much better if they invest in better maintenance.
